변색된 치아의 심미성 회복에 관한 임상증례

Abstract
결론
원광대학교 치과병원 소아치과에 치아변색에 의한 심미적 문제를 주소로 내원한 12세 소녀
환자와 11세 소녀 환자를 각각 치관내 표백술과 splint와 carbamide peroxide를 이용한 생활
치아 표백술을 시행하여 심미성을 회복해 주었다.
1. 외상 후 변색된 치아의 walking bleaching 증례의 경우 재근관치료 실시 후 Superoxol
과 sodium perborate를 1주 간격으로 2회 교환해 주어 만족할 만한 색조회복을 이루었으며
파절주위는 광중합 복합레진으로 수복해 주었다.
2. 반상치의 생활치아 표백술 증례의 경우 환자의 인상을 채득하여 vacuum former를 이용
하여 splint를 제작한 후, 이를 이용하여 1주 간격으로 30% carbamide peroxide를 30분간
도포하였으며 15% carbamide peroxide를 매일 1시간씩 집에서 도포하도록 하여 4주만에 만
족할 만한 색조회복 및 백색반점 소실을 보였다.

There were two cases of esthetic improvement of discolored teeth.
First case was 12-year-old girl whose upper right central incisor was discolored after
traumatic injury. She was treated by walking bleaching technique. Endodontic
retreatment was done, and then the mixture of Superoxol and sodium perborate was
applied and changed every week. After 3 weeks, esthetic result was obtained and
fracture site was recovered with light-curing composite resin.
Second cases was 11-year-old girl whose teeth were discolored by fluorosis. She was
treated by vital bleaching technique. A resin splint was made and then 30% and 15%
carbamide peroxide was applied using this splint. After 4 weeks, a noticeable
improvement in the color and the brightness of the teeth was achieved.
